4-week week series focused on an intentional return to movement in the immediate postpartum Momma (6+ weeks). Focus is on core stabilization prior to resuming pre-pregnancy physical activity.
This program is also great for women who are further along in their motherhood journey that are experiencing core/pelvic floor dysfunction such as urinary leakage and diastasis recti.
